
Arnold coordinates the Uganda Consortium on Corporate Accountability (UCCA), a newly established Civil Society Consortium aimed at enhancing accountability by corporations, States, International financial institutions and developmental partners for violations or abuses of economic social and cultural rights. Arnold holds an LLM from the University of Notre Dame, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University and a Diploma in Law from the Law Development Center. He has 6 years human rights work experience, with Human Rights Watch, Centre for Policy Analysis (Parliament Watch) and the Refugee Law Project, School of Law, Makerere University. Arnold holds a great passion for general human rights discourse, transitional justice, social justice and public interest litigation.
