Joshua is the ISER Community Outreach Officer. Prior to joining ISER, Joshua worked with the Central Broadcasting Corporation, Radio Simba and NTV Uganda. Joshua holds a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication from the Uganda Christian University (UCU) in Mukono.
