Lillian holds a Masters Degree in Sanitary Engineering (UNESCO-IHE), and is currently a PhD student at the Public Health and Environmental Engineering Laboratory of the Dept. of Civil Engineering Makerere University College of Engineering, Design Art and Technology (CEDAT).
She has over seven years of professional experience in the water Sector. Previously, she worked with National Water and Sewerage Corporation – Uganda before joining SNV in 2009. Currently, she works as a Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Advisor in Rwenzori Portfolio.
She is actively engaging the local governments, private sector and NGO’s to improve access status within the region.
Lillian has experience in change management systems and development of quality management systems.
