Analysis of Uganda’s 2024 Income Tax Bill
In this brief, we analyze the 2024 income tax changes tabled before Parliament by the Ministry of Finance to determine whether they are progressive in nature. This analysis was submitted to Parliament in April 2024 to support its scrutiny of the newly proposed tax measures.
