Harness Natural Resources to Finance Public Services in Africa
This policy brief draws upon experiences from countries that have used their natural resources to advance public services and extrapolates key lessons for African countries seeking to do so. To anchor this discussion, it further examines Uganda’s legal and political context and how it could use its natural resources to advance public services.
