Joint CSO submission on the zero draft of ToR for a UN Framework Tax Convention

This submission was jointly developed by the Africa Coalition on Public Services, coordinated by ISER. The submission emphasizes the need for a robust UN Tax Convention to address illicit financial flows, ensure fair taxation of the digital economy, uphold human rights principles, and mitigate the negative impacts of bilateral tax treaties. The submission was in response to a call for comments on the zero draft Terms of Reference for a United Nations Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation.
