Unpacking Uganda’s 2024–25 Budget: ISER’s Insights on Public Services Funding
This report presents our analysis of Uganda’s latest UShs 72 trillion national budget. We explore a central question: Does the budget adequately provide for essential public services that are critical to the survival of ordinary Ugandans? The report also covers some of our recommendations that were presented to Parliament during their scrutiny of the budget.
