Meaningful Access to Justice for Economic and Social Rights
Access to Justice is a core element of the rule of law and an essential prerequisite for the protection and promotion of all human rights. Accordingly, the Initiative for Social and Economic Rights (ISER) research sought to determine the status quo of Access to Justice in Uganda as regards ESRs, and critically analyze the impediments to access to justice in Uganda as regards to ESRs with a view to making practical recommendations.
