Using Community Structures to Improve Public Social Service Delivery at the Local Government Level
This brief showcases some of the achievements by ISER’s Community Advocates program over the years. Since 2016, ISER has been implementing a community-based model known as the Community Advocates (CA) Program to monitor and document Economic and Social Rights (ESRs) including the rights to education, health, social security, water and sanitation with the aim of improving local government service delivery.
